Role Overview
C&H Group Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Administrator to support the two Managing Partners and oversee the day-to-day administration of our Ballito office. This role is a vital part of our leadership support structure, ensuring both executive efficiency and smooth office operations across our Capital, Digital, and Advisory divisions.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion. This is a dynamic and multi-functional position that requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Provide direct executive support to both Managing Partners, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics
 - 
Manage and maintain internal office operations, including supplies, vendors, and facility coordination
 - 
Coordinate internal and external meetings, board engagements, and follow-ups
 - 
Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, and business correspondence
 - 
Liaise with clients, investors, and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently
 - 
Handle confidential documents and sensitive business information with the highest level of discretion
 - 
Assist with the onboarding of new team members and support basic HR administration
 - 
Maintain filing systems, manage digital records, and support CRM/data accuracy
 - 
Prepare expense reports, manage billing queries, and handle petty cash or supplier payments as required

Anticipate the needs of the partners and proactively manage tasks and timelines

Requirements

Role Overview
C&H Group Pty Ltd is seeking a high-performing, analytical, and detail-oriented Analyst to support strategic initiatives across our Capital, Advisory, and Digital divisions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in finance, business strategy, or consulting who wants to work directly on high-impact projects with exposure to private equity, M&A, digital transformation, and strategic planning.
As an Analyst, you will play a key role in preparing investment materials, conducting market and financial research, building financial models, and assisting in the end-to-end execution of deals and consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Conduct industry, market, and competitor research to support project, deal, or client analysis
 - 
Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO, valuations, sensitivity analysis, etc.)
 - 
Support the preparation of pitch decks, investment memos, and board presentations
 - 
Assist in due diligence processes for acquisitions, divestitures, or digital transformation mandates

Analyse company financials and performance metrics to assess risks and opportunities

As a Digital Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of digital tools, AI-powered platforms, and end-to-end transformation strategies across a portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities
